Prices:

- Apartment: 220,00 euros/night

- +1 guests: 30,00 euros/night

The prices include 10% value added tax (IVA)

Tourist tax: 6,00 euros per guest per night

Cleaning service: 50 euros for the entirety of the stay

Check in hours: From 14:00 to 20:00

Check out hours: Before 10:00 am

Please let us know in advance when you will be arriving at MArtoGlio 5 either by inserting your time of arrival upon booking, or by reaching out to us at a later point (our contact information can be found on our website). You can cancel your stay free of charge if you do so 14 days before the date of your arrival. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Please contact us if you are travelling with pets. Small pets are allowed in the apartment, given you contact us beforehand (additional charges may occur).

- Every guest must provide a valid identity card upon arrival

- For security reasons, guests or visitors are not allowed in the apartment

- Upon arrival you will be given the keys to the apartment. In case you lose them, you will be charged the fee to replace them.

- The payment for your stay is made upon arrival. In case of an early departure please contact us at least 24 hours before and you will be reimbursed for the nights you had left.

- We kindly ask you to not make any noise from 23:00 to 7:00 so as to not disturb the neighbors.

- We are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage made to any personal items left in the apartment.
